Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Solmind IT ("Company") handles refunds for the Vegeketo subscription Service. It complies with the Republic of Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and applicable consumer-protection laws in jurisdictions where we offer the Service.

1. Cooling-Off Period (7 Days)

Under Korean consumer law, you may request a full refund within 7 days of subscription purchase, provided you have not used premium content beyond a minimal preview. Once premium content is meaningfully consumed, the cooling-off right may be limited per Article 17(2) of the E-Commerce Act.

2. Monthly Subscription

a) Within 7 days of payment, with no premium feature usage: full refund.
b) After premium feature use, or after 7 days: no refund for the current billing period; cancellation stops the next renewal.
c) You retain access through the end of the current paid period.

3. Yearly Subscription

a) Within 7 days of payment, with no premium feature usage: full refund.
b) After 7 days: refund of the unused portion, calculated as:
(Yearly fee − Monthly rate × months elapsed including current month) − 10% administrative fee.
c) If the calculation results in zero or negative, no refund is issued.
d) Promotional discounts forfeit upon refund (the monthly rate used is the standard $8.99).

4. Free Trial

No charge is made during the free trial. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges. If you forget to cancel and are charged, the standard 7-day cooling-off period applies from the charge date.

5. Service Defect / Outage

If the Service is unavailable due to a defect attributable to the Company for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may request:
a) Extension of subscription by the equivalent outage period, or
b) Pro-rata refund of the affected period.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not refundable:
a) Periods already elapsed for monthly subscriptions when not within the 7-day window;
b) Promotional credits, gift codes, or bonus content received free of charge;
c) Subscriptions terminated by the Company for material breach of the Terms of Service.

7. How to Request a Refund

1. Email contactvegeketo@gmail.com with your registered email and the date of purchase, or
2. Open the My Account > Manage Subscription screen and click Request Refund.
We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days back to the original payment method.

8. Payment-Method-Specific Notes

a) Credit/debit card: refunds appear in the next billing cycle, depending on the issuer.
b) Bank transfer: refunded to the originating account; please provide accurate banking details.
c) App store purchases (if purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play): refunds must be requested directly through the respective store, per their refund policies.

9. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is reviewed. We encourage you to contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly.
