Marketing & Promotional Communications Consent

This consent governs how Solmind IT ("Company") may send you marketing and promotional communications related to the Vegeketo Service. It is optional — you may use the Service fully without giving this consent.

1. What You Are Consenting To

By giving consent, you agree to receive:
a) Newsletters with new content, recipes, and educational material on plant-based ketogenic nutrition;
b) Promotional offers, discounts, and seasonal campaigns;
c) Product updates, new feature announcements, and beta program invitations;
d) Surveys and research participation invitations (always voluntary);
e) Event notifications (webinars, workshops, retreats).

2. Communication Channels

Communications may be sent via:
a) Email (primary channel);
b) In-app notifications;
c) Push notifications (if you have installed the mobile app and granted permission);
d) SMS / messaging apps (only if you provide and confirm your phone number).

3. What This Does NOT Include

The following communications are sent regardless of marketing consent and cannot be unsubscribed from while your account is active:
a) Account verification emails;
b) Password reset and security alerts;
c) Payment receipts and subscription notices;
d) Service-critical announcements (outages, policy changes, terms updates).

4. Frequency

Typical frequency:
a) Newsletter: weekly or bi-weekly;
b) Promotional offers: up to 4 per month;
c) Product updates: as released, typically 1–2 per month.
We strive not to over-communicate.

5. Withdrawing Consent

You can withdraw consent at any time, free of charge, by:
a) Clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email;
b) Toggling marketing preferences off in My Account > Notifications;
c) Emailing contactvegeketo@gmail.com with the subject "Unsubscribe".
Withdrawal takes effect within 7 days. After withdrawal, you will continue to receive the transactional communications described in Section 3.

6. Personal Data Used

For marketing purposes, we use:
a) Email address;
b) Display name (for personalization);
c) Country (for region-relevant offers);
d) Engagement metrics (open rates, click rates, anonymized) to improve content.
We do not share your contact information with third-party advertisers.

7. Retention

Marketing consent records are retained until consent is withdrawn, plus 6 months thereafter as evidence of withdrawal. After that, the consent record is deleted; the underlying account data follows the Privacy Policy retention schedule.

8. Your Rights

All rights described in the Privacy Policy (access, correction, deletion, etc.) apply to data processed under this consent.
