Terms of Service

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Solmind IT (the "Company") and the user ("User") regarding the Vegeketo service ("Service"), including rights, obligations, and responsibilities related to its use.

Article 2. Definitions

1. "Service" means the plant-based ketogenic diet platform Vegeketo (https://vegeketo.com), including its websites, mobile applications, and related features.
2. "Member" means a person who has agreed to these Terms and has registered for an account.
3. "Subscription" means a paid plan that grants access to premium features for a defined period.

Article 3. Effect and Modification

1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Service.
2. The Company may modify these Terms when necessary, with at least 7 days' prior notice (30 days for material changes adverse to Members).
3. If a Member does not expressly reject the modified Terms by the effective date, the Member is deemed to have accepted them.

Article 4. Account Registration

1. Anyone aged 14 or older may register by providing accurate information and accepting these Terms.
2. Members must keep their account information current and may not share their credentials with others.
3. The Company may refuse or terminate registration if false information is provided or if registration is made for unlawful purposes.

Article 5. Subscription & Payment

1. Subscription fees are: Monthly $8.99 / Yearly $89.99 (USD; equivalents in local currency may apply).
2. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (TossPayments, Stripe, or equivalents). The Company does not store full card numbers.
3. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
4. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Article 6. Free Trial

1. New Members may receive a 7-day free trial.
2. To start a trial, valid payment information may be required. If not cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription begins automatically.
3. The Company may modify or end free trial offers at its discretion.

Article 7. User Responsibilities

Members agree not to:
1. Provide false information at registration or impersonate others;
2. Infringe intellectual property of the Company or third parties;
3. Distribute the Service's content commercially without permission;
4. Interfere with the operation of the Service through automated means or otherwise;
5. Use the Service in violation of applicable law.

Article 8. Health Disclaimer

1. Vegeketo provides educational content related to plant-based ketogenic nutrition. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
2. Members should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if they have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking medication.
3. The Company is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from dietary choices made by the Member.

Article 9. Intellectual Property

1. All content provided by the Service (text, images, logos, software) is owned by the Company or its licensors.
2. Members may use the content only for personal, non-commercial purposes within the Service.
3. Members retain ownership of the content they upload but grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

Article 10. Termination

1. Members may terminate their account at any time via the My Account screen.
2. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms, with notice when feasible.
3. Upon termination, access to the Service ends; data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

Article 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the Member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Article 12. Governing Law & Disputes

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Daejeon District Court, Republic of Korea.
3. Members in jurisdictions granting non-waivable consumer rights retain those rights.
